Who controls your data

PE AKHRAMOVYCH KOSTIANTYN, an individual / sole proprietor established in Ukraine and trading as 100PitchDecks, controls the personal data collected through this site and the AI template conversion service. Data we collect and why

Through this site we may collect support messages and limited technical or attribution data such as referrer, campaign parameters, and user-agent information. When you sign up for the service, account details, uploaded presentation and brand files, generated templates, and subscription and billing identifiers are collected and processed in the app. We use this data to provide the service, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, and maintain transaction records.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, your consent for optional marketing, or a legal obligation such as accounting and fraud prevention.

Uploaded files

Decks are uploaded in the app, not on this landing page. Uploaded files are stored privately in your workspace, are not used to train models, and can be deleted by you at any time.

Who receives data

We share data only as needed with service providers supporting the site and the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), and Plausible (cookieless site analytics, where enabled). Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record: Paddle processes checkout, card, tax, and invoicing data as an independent controller under Paddle’s privacy policy; we receive your subscription status but never your card details. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention, security, and international processing

Account, subscription, and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, support the customer, meet accounting or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Data is deleted or anonymized when the applicable purpose and retention requirement end.

We use measures such as encrypted transport, private file storage, and access controls. We serve customers worldwide. Because we are based in Ukraine and use international service providers, personal data may be processed outside your country, the UK, or the European Economic Area. Where required, international transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer safeguard used by the relevant processor.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent for optional marketing without affecting earlier lawful processing. UK and EEA residents may also complain to the data protection authority where they live or work. Customers elsewhere may complain to their local privacy regulator where that right applies. Browser storage

This site does not set marketing cookies. The app sets strictly necessary authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Third-party services used by the app, such as Paddle’s checkout, may use their own browser technologies under their privacy notices.
