Terms and Conditions

Service supplier and acceptance

These terms govern your use of this site and of the AI-powered PowerPoint template conversion service supplied by PE AKHRAMOVYCH KOSTIANTYN, an individual / sole proprietor established in Ukraine and trading as 100PitchDecks (“we,” “us,” or the “supplier”). Our business address is 24 Volodymyra Ivasiuka Ave, Kyiv 04210, Ukraine. By using the site or subscribing to the service, you agree to these terms.

Product and scope

The service is a subscription software product: an AI agent that converts finished decks in .pptx, .ppt, or .key format into native PowerPoint .POTX templates. Plan limits, features, and prices are described on the pricing page and in the app. Deck redesign, content writing, pitch strategy, brand identity design, and consulting are not part of the subscription and are offered separately by 100PitchDecks.

Plans, billing, and renewal

The service is offered as a Free plan and paid Pro and Team plans, billed monthly or annually at the prices shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method on file is charged at each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account or by emailing info@100pitchdecks.com; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

Checkout and billing are operated by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles your card details, receipts, invoicing, and the calculation and remittance of applicable sales tax and VAT, and Paddle’s name appears on your card statement. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

If we change a plan’s price, the change takes effect at your next renewal, and we will notify the email on your account at least 30 days before a renewal at a new price so you can cancel first.

Your materials and acceptable use

By uploading a presentation, you confirm that you own it or have permission to provide it for conversion. Do not use the site or service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, malware distribution, security probing, scraping, or interference with the site or another person’s systems.

Intellectual property

You retain your rights in the source presentation and brand materials you provide, and in the templates generated from them. We retain ownership of this site, the service, our branding, documentation, methods, and other pre-existing materials.

Refunds and taxes

Refund and cancellation handling is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Prices shown may be exclusive of VAT or sales tax, which Paddle adds at checkout where required by the law of your country.

Suspension and service availability

We may pause or end access to the site or the service for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We do not guarantee that the site or service will be uninterrupted or error-free, but nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, or lost business, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing in this section deprives you of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
