Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026.

One-time custom service

Starter and Professional are one-time, fixed-scope digital service packages. They are prepared for the presentation and requirements you submit. A purchase is not automatically refundable because work has not yet begun or because you later change your mind.

Cancellation and change-of-mind requests

Before work begins, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case; approval and a full refund are not guaranteed. Once work has begun or any deliverable has been supplied, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund except where required by applicable law or approved by Paddle under its refund policy.

Delivery or quality problems

If the package is not delivered, is materially delayed, or the delivered files materially fail to match the package description, contact us promptly. Where appropriate, we will first correct or reperform the affected work within the included correction round. This does not limit a right to a replacement, price reduction, or refund that applies when a material problem cannot be corrected.

How requests are handled

Submit a request through Paddle.net or the link in your Paddle receipt. You may also email artem@100pitchdecks.com with the email used at checkout and your order details so we can help review the request. Do not send bank or card details. Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. We do not issue payment refunds directly.

Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights in your country take priority over this commercial policy. Depending on your location, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. For example, some UK and EEA consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right, but that right can be affected when supply or performance begins with the consent and acknowledgements required by law. Paddle applies the statutory rules and any valid checkout consent to each request.

Paddle may also review a request made within 14 days of purchase in its discretion; making a request does not guarantee a full or partial refund. Current eligibility, timing, and processing follow the Paddle refund policy and Paddle buyer terms.
